Solution Manager
The Solution Manager software is for SAP to connect into customer systems. The installation of this product has been mandated by SAP America. Deliverables for the Service include a functioning SAP Solution Manager add-on instance, installed within an existing Client instance.
Activities to be conducted will include :
- Review system readiness
- Verification of hot package level
- Assistance with media procurement
- Solution Manager Installation
- Configuration of landscape
- Configuration of Note Assistant
- Validation of new functionality
- Verification of new OSS connectivity
- Establishment of Solution Manager connectivity to all SAP instances
Enhanced Services may include :
- Installation of a stand-alone Solution Manager instance
- Configuration of Support Desk
- Configuration of Solution Manager monitoring
- Configuration of Service Level Reporting
