Solution Architecture

Our BI experts have years of expertise in Architecting robust, comprehensive SAP BI solutions since the general release of this suite of applications.

Business Intelligence (BI) Introduction Workshop

Our Senior BI experts will meet with Business Process owners and conduct a vigorous brainstorming session to explain in detail the immediate impact on business operation. This session is meant to introduce the technology and make the process owners aware of the possibilities for deploying specific solution tailored to their areas.

We will also present an overall Data Architecture, a proposed reporting structure. Following this, we will hold a introductory workshop for important Team Members to introduce them to the technology and create awareness of the solution.

Project Scope Definition

This phase will immediately follow the Introduction Workshop and will explore jointly the areas where the need for BI is immediate. The idea is to make a joint estimation of project scope, Duration and specific business process that are to be covered.

Pilot Deployment

This phase is to show an actual BI solution working in a specific Business Segment with real data. This gives a greater understanding of the impact of the solution and gives the necessary decision points to the Process owners to determine the deployment of the actual BI implementation. This ensures a solution that business process owners actively participate in - leading to overall success of the full implementation.

After this phase, modalities of a full blown deployment are discussed and implemented. At all Phases of the consulting engagement, our attempt would be to leverage existing brain power, hardware and other infrastructure and provide a solution that makes the most sense in terms of functionality and budgetary discipline. Training, and Knowledge transfer are an integral part of all of our consulting engagements.
