LabVIEW Projects
|
- Some of our LabVIEW projects include:
• Building user-friendly, flexible, robust, easy-to-maintain Subsea control systems which monitor and control valves in multiple oil wells. These systems also control Christmas Trees for oil wells using LabVIEW DSC (Datalogging and Supervisory Control) Module and PXI hardware. HPU communication is done via Modbus TCP/IP.
• Monitoring and Control (temperature and flow) of a Flow Loop System used for corrosion testing of various oilfield chemicals. .
• Building a compact, portable, bio-reactor control system that can simulate micro-gravity conditions and observe cell-growth aboard the Space shuttle and the International Space Station.
• Building a Safety Valve test system using SCXI hardware with monitoring, display and storage of pressure, temperature and flow.
• Designing and building 5 sets of DAS Systems that reads data from HART pressure transmitters and RTDs, and store data in PI server using Modbus TCP/IP.
• Upgrading a Remote operated Chemical and Hydraulic Injection software that can control the pressure, flow, chemical and hydraulic circuits to operate the subsea tree.
• Developing an Automated Monitoring and Control of a Rocking Arm process used for testing hydrate formation under varying temperature and pressure conditions. This application also controls and monitors Neslab and VWR chillers with serial communication.
• Designing and building 2 Hydrostatic pressure test systems based on Real Time DAQ on Compact FieldPoint. Users can run multiple tests using web server, measuring pressure, temperatures and control solenoid valves and pumps.
• Developing software for a Trauma tablet to recommend treatments based on algorithm to army medics. It included Wireless monitoring of patient data with output to Bluetooth pump, and Multivariable graphical display with custom zoom/selection & alarms.
• Developing a Feeder and Extruder DAQ and control system from monitoring pressure, temperature, torque and RPM using Compact FieldPoint. A KTRON controller controls feeders via Modbus TCP/IP.
• Upgrading a SCXI based DAQ system for monitoring of temperature, pressure and control of heaters.
