  Responsibilities / Requirements / Qualifications:

  Responsible for selling at the management, strategic, and operational levels within accounts, and for developing and implementing sales plans and programs to achieve revenue targets. This role will require business acumen, leadership and management skills to ensure internal teams are driving to solve client's business problems, and to create new opportunities within accounts.

  Ideal candidates will possess:
  • At least 4 years success in selling professional information technology consulting services.
  • Experience selling solutions focused in at least one of these areas: custom software solutions, Microsoft consulting, data management, data security solutions, compliance, testing, or business strategy.
  • Experience and contacts in the Houston market with a good network of contacts.
  • Ability to discern business problems and apply technology to solve them.
  • Ability to have a meaningful discussion at the C level.
  • Integrity to follow-through and deliver as promised.
  • Ability to manage entire sales cycles.
  • Good presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • BS/BA or higher.
  • Ability to deliver on at least $3M quota annually.
