The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has awarded Infodat International Inc. a contract for products, services, and related services. Through this contract, Infodat provides products, services, and related services at set not-to-exceed labor rates.
Eligible customers, including Texas State Agencies, Local Governments, municipalities, public school districts, higher education institutions, and other public entities, may procure services by requesting resumes or statements of work (SOWs). This contract is also available to select public entities outside Texas, as defined by TGC 2054.0565.
How to contract

- Email Infodat International Inc. with the following information:
- List of desired item(s) with specifications (e.g., model, quantity, etc)
- Any required service(s), such as data migration or installation
- Delivery timeline or deadlines
- Point of contact for the request
- Email Infodat International Inc. with the following information:
- Receive and Review Quote
- Infodat will provide a formal quote including:
- Item pricing and availability
- Service costs (if applicable)
- Estimated delivery date
- Any terms and conditions
- Infodat will provide a formal quote including:
- Approve and Confirm Purchase
- Review quote and confirm approval internally
- Send written confirmation to Infodat to proceed with the order
- Submit Purchase Order
- Issue a formal Purchase Order (PO) including:
- Reference to the approved quote
- Billing and shipping details
- Authorized signatory and PO number
- Issue a formal Purchase Order (PO) including:
- Delivery & Service Fulfillment
- Infodat will deliver items as per the PO
- Any requested services (e.g., data migration) will be scheduled and completed
- Client to confirm receipt and completion of services
